Shipping policy

Because of the current COVID situation, shipping possibilities have been greatly restricted and crisis fees have been added to the available delivery systems. Please keep this in consideration when purchasing our products. There might (Most likely WILL BE) be delays and/or changes to the shipping prices. 

We are doing our best to stay updated with the constant changes, while still offering you the best possible delivery. At the moment only premium shipping is available, meaning fees are a bit higher than normal. Normally international delivery time should be 10-15 days, but expect more like a month. Also, we have noticed that the tracking numbers sometimes don't work for a few days at a time. Don't panic, just check again after a few days!

We are not responsible for lost shipping or extra custom fees. Once you have received your tracking number, then it is the post service's responsibility to deliver your package. You can ask us for help with tracking, but we will not be held financially responsible for lost packages or additional custom fees. If your parcel doesn't show up in 10 days, please be patient, I've had packages show up after 2 months! 

Thank you for your understanding, I hope we can all go back to normal shipping rules soon! I am doing my best to give you the fasted delivery times, but its totally been totally whacko with shipping during COVID!
